Yes....this is probably the best RU team I can remember....trouble is there players don't know how to win close games and there really isn't a tradition of winning at the school at all....it was only a couple yrs back that WVU beat RU 80-7 and 40-0 in back to back yrs

I am glad that you are seeing improvement. Now if Pitt and Syracuse get their act togather, we should have us a good conference. 04-cheers

You cannot judge Pitt and Syracuse from their cocahes first year. Pitt looks short on talent and Syracuse is totally changing their offensive and defensive schemes.

As far as Rutgers is concerned, when ECU was recruiting Florida hard with our previous coaching staff, I noticed that Rutgers signed a lot of the top players in Florida. I was a little puzzled, but it's my understanding that Rutgers coaches came from a Florida program. If they can lure a few of the Florida top 100 players up north & add a good dose of the top New Jersey players, their is no problem with having enough talent.

Head Coach came from Univ of Miami.

Rutgers does a lot of recruiting in South Florida...they have billboards in South Florida...they have their Coach's TV Show on the air in South Florida, etc...
