I don't think one can argue that filing bankruptcy is always a question of character. I am not defending the man's actions but I think it is a stretch to assume that he filed bankruptcy because of questionable character.

Research this guy and you will find out why he filed. This is not a story about someone down on their luck who lost their job or had medical expenses. I agree that is not always about character.
