Deny it if you want, but as much as we may be disapointed in the BE's play, CUSA has made us look great! I mean really, what's the conference record against BCS teams so far? Somethink like 1-18 or so. No team in the top 30. You guys didn't pick a great year to have no team even remotely close to a '98 Tulane or '04 UofL.
You tell me why Louisville is better than Southern Miss this year...compare scores if you like...Well...we do have 4 more teams than you do...and an embarrassing 5 point loss by East Carolina to West Virginia...we dont play average BCS teams like the Big East tp bring out BCS record up....
You couldn't be more wrong. I mean, were you just saying that so I could smack you down with those pesky little things called facts? You always have been too easy to crush in football debates OG!:stupid:

What do Ole Miss, South Carolina, K State, Wake Forest, Miss. St, and Baylor have in common? They are all "average BCS teams" that CUSA has played and LOST to this season. The only reason they didn't bring your ratings up is because you lost them all.

Current Top 25 teams played non-conference:

CUSA: 4 (Texas, UCLA, Tenn, Bama)
Avg: 0.33 Top 25 teams played per team
-You do play V Tech tomorrow

BE: 7 (V Tech, Penn St (twice), Miami, Notre Dame, Virginia, FSU)
Avg: 0.88 Top 25 teams played per team
-I am even being unbiased here by excluding G Tech since they will drop out of the rankings on Sunday

Don't even bring some weak attempt back to refute this. The exact opposite of what you said is true. The BE has played, on average, much higher rated BCS teams than CUSA.
And...of course...that proves nothing...as usual...tell me...of those games you have had with other high profile BCS members....how many have you won?....and what were the scores of the games?.....I'll give you a few...

Miami 27...South Florida 7

Virginia Tech 37...West Virginia 21

FSU big over Syracuse...can't remember the score

And....has Pitt beat anyone?

C-USA: No big wins...but:

Alabama 30...Southern Miss 21

Tennessee 17...UAB 15...I think

Mississippi 10...Memphis 6

Mississippi State 21...Tulane 14

Neither conference has any big wins over BCS schools

MWC has several over BCS schools

and to be quite honest with you...the MWC probably has the edge according to play on the field right now.....and those ARE facts....

It is very simple, it is pretty clear that the Big East is behind the other BCS leagues BUT it is also clear that it is well ahead of the Non BCS Leagues.

Now you have some C-USA fans showing their envy week after week after week. Guess what boys, if the C-USA or MWC were deserving of a Bid they would have one. Guess what they don't so deal with it.

Alabama 30...Southern Miss 21

Tennessee 17...UAB 15...I think, no the correct score was 17-10

Mississippi 10...Memphis 6-Ole Piss might be worse then Kentucky

Mississippi State 21...Tulane 14 MSU might be worse then Kentucky and Ole Piss.

I guess you forgot the dismantling of Oregon State by Louisville 63-27 and WVU dominating Maryland at College Park. And if you are into moral victories-(I am not by the way) why did you leave out these scores:

Nebraska 7 Pitt 6
Penn State 23 USF 13

Still both were losses.

I don't think the BE sucks at all,but I also think the BE needs to add football schools to fit in with the rest of the BCS.I want Memphis in the BE!The 2005 BE is not shaping up very well and if the early trend continues the national perception of the league will not be good.Would adding Memphis and USM help?I like CUSA but I love the Tigers!

Comparing scores is just as pointless as computer rankings.
yeah....especially if it doesnt prove your point...huh?
Computers again......it tells me you cant prove your point......thanks for proving mine.....
i warned you repeatedly to keep this crap off the main board.

It looks like ole OG Eagle got the ziggy, he was warned but did not listen.

As for your Tigers, my advise to you and USM is to win and win big. When we split in 2010 you will likely be added.
