RE: Pitt-Cincy Game thread
Isn't it sad that I now feel fear before games rather than excitment?

I think Pitt hired the wrong coach. This team doesn't look prepared at all...

3 Coach's practically the same results. Looking like our Class's been a tad bit overrated.

RE: Pitt-Cincy Game thread
Jesus f'n Christ. Can we get off the damn field on third down. We had them pinned back set to have great field position. Then totally does not wrap up the RB in the back field... SMH

Just got home, turned on the game in time to see Tino Sunsieri miss a TD pass on 3rd & 5. Nice. Been that kind of night?

RE: Pitt-Cincy Game thread
I had to turn the game off. Is it lack of preparation or is it Pitt got caught with its pants down with the so called "awesome" recruiting classes that Wanny brought in. I think it's the latter. I used this example on the scout boards: The OL looks like crap, but Hueber and Rudolph know how to coach the OL and TE positions to ensure that the QB is protected and the RB has room to run. I think the offense is decent in the running game, but is terrible in pass protection. These coaches have a great track record, but the kids they have to work with are either too inexperienced, lack talent or both. IMO, this is not on the coaches. The personnel is a mess right now. I expect 2013 to look a whole lot better, so long as the same coaches are here for next season.

Basically, Mark. Pitt better get their act together soon, or it's going to be a long season...

Well, I'd say that is a given. I just hope this staff can turn it around in year two or three...
