The Alumni Association has a ticket and social deal on their website. I ended up going through them for tickets rather than opting to use the ODU ticket office and chance ODAF points. If you do go through the Alumni Association act fast. They only have 50 tickets.

do you haev a link to this deal? I can't find it on their website. only football events I can find are away games.

thanks. i'm an idiot. for some reason I was checking UR's alumni association website. I'm still recovering from knee surgery and that must have been the pain killers typing. thats my excuse anyway.

Can you tailgate at UR games? I mean do you have to have special passes?

I don't know for sure, but there is VERY little parking on campus. I'm guessing they'd fill the lot by the Robins center and other than that I don't know what else if avail.

They had shuttle buses for a basketball game I went to last year where they forced all non-season ticket holders to park halfway across campus. Going to the game, the shuttle bus driver got lost, after the game I had to wait a half hour to get on a bus back to my car.

I was able to get tickets through the ODUAF (I'm a season ticket holder) for $30 a piece and they only will sell you an amount equal to how many ST you buy for ODU games...it looks like the ODU alumni event is only $10 more per person so it might be a good deal if you are looking for something to do before the game.
