I have no hate for UK in sports other than basketball. Only Ohio State and Xavier are rooted against in every sport down to women's field hockey.

Hype compared to what? Someone has to be picked to win the league, and no one had a great season last year. Are you upset because when voters looked to remaining co-champs from last year they picked UofL with more returning key guys than UC?

I agree. I root for Louisville in every game they play unless it is against UC or if a loss helps UC (i.e. if UC needed a Louisville loss to win a BE title).

I have always viewed the rivalry with them as a friendly one except on game day. We have come from the same place and have too much in common with each other to hate them year round.
