MTSU basketball player Phillip Jones transferring to UTSA
Hats off to @JaviCardenas15 for retweeting this news yesterday evening: last night a couple of tweets were sent out about a MTSU basketball player named Phillip Jones (c/o 2012 signee) transferring to UTSA. I asked IRS about this to see if they can confirm this news:

Tonight they were able to confirm that Jones is indeed transferring to UTSA, though IRS is still in the process of gathering more details about him, specifically on his eligibility status:

Also, according to IRS, Jones was a player that UTSA was trying to recruit last year.
