WVIAC Becomes MEC
Looks like the WVIAC will be gone forever. Nine of the WVIAC will withdraw from the conference:

University of Charleston
Concord University
Fairmont State University
Glenville State College
Seton Hill University
Shepherd University
West Liberty University
West Virginia State University
West Virginia Wesleyan College

All but Seton Hill will form the MEC (Mountian East Conference). Seton Hill and Pitt Johnstown have already accepted invites from the PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference). Along with the eight left, Wheeling Jusit will join the MEC. And 3 new members in Urbania University, Notre Dame College and UV Wise will make up the 12 member MEC.

This leaves out Davis and Elkins, Ohio Valley, Bluefield College and Alderson-Broaddus. The four universities voted against the addition of UV Wise and looks like they sealed their fate when they did so.

All but Bluefield College have accepted invites to the G-MAC (Great Midwest Athletic Conference). A newly formed DII conference coming up from NAIA. The schools coming up are coming from a few different confences.
