Notre Dame's remarkable season continues after an impressive victory in Tallahasse against Bobby Bowden's Noles!

Both teams grinded through the first half. Even efforts left the score tied 10-10 at halftime. But in the 3rd quarter the Irish broke it open, scoring 24 unanswered points! Trailing 34-10, the Noles didn't want the score to look so bad, so they kept pushing until the end. Bowden sat Rix, and the 2nd string QB lead a nice drive for a TD. Then, FSU recovered the onside kick and scored. Next, the Noles recovered a 2nd onside kick!... but, there was not enough time left to pull off the win. Notre Dame wins by 10!

Wow, Ty Willingham has been impressive! In his first season at Notre Dame he has yet to lose! He has kept the Irish marching towards the goal! With patience, toughness, and discipline they have become one of, if not the best, team in college football. Notre Dame, now 8-0, has games remaining against Rutgers, BC, Navy, and USC. If they can stay focused and finish the season strong, they could easily be playing for the National Championship! :D 04-cheers

GO IRISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 03-razz 04-cheers :D :D :D

IMO, Southern Cal is the only thing that separates the Irish from going to Tempe.
