Mismatches cut both directions. Will creates real problems for opposing coaches when he is on offense, but the same problems in reverse when he is on defense. He is not as quick as smaller players, and cannot bang with the bigger ones. Who would you rather see him guarding - a quick 3 or a bulky 4?
