Very good post. As a former prosecutor, I can tell u that the list is accurate as far as the elements of offenses. The only difference is that the government is allowed to do things that would be illegal for the public. Thats all you need to know about the kind of country we live in sadly.

Absolutely. Government is FORCE and VIOLENCE. It can not achieve its goals in any other fashion. This is why eventually it fails. Power become so centralized and overbearing the the citizens must revolt against it. They then try to reinvent government learning from the mistakes of the past. History has repeated itself this way over and over.

Will there ever come a time where society chooses to evolve....instead of revolve?
