BE TV rights...
Vote on whom you think will obtain the 1st Tier TV rights, not whom you hope obtains the rights.

I listed just the primary players as I know them to be.

CBS consists of CBS and CBSSN.
ESPN consists of ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, & ESPNU (plus their various other entities)
FOX consists of FOX, FX, and FCS (Atlantic, Central, & Pacific)
NBC consists of NBC and NBCSN.
Split means rights for football to one, rights for basketball to another

Derby, are you talking football or basketball, first tier? I think there is a good chance it will be two different networks. I'd say NBC for football, and ESPN for BB.

I added "Split" as an option.

Okay, I voted for "Split." But with that, "other" probably is obsolete now, lol.

Went with split.

Football = NBC with some Thursday and Friday games on ESPN

Basketball = CBS getting their 15 to 20 appearances, ESPN keeps Big Monday and other assorted games, NBC SN picks up Thursday doubleheader and some weekend games.

NBC For Football, and a split between ESPN, and CBS for Basketball. Show me the money baby!

I tend to think this is what we will see. Weekend football games on NBC, NBCSN, and weekday ESPN games.

Basketball will split between ESPN, CBS, NBC, NBCSN, and maybe even Fox. There are so many basketball games in 18 team conference that I could see just about everyone having a shot at this. Altought I expect ESPN to keet Big Monday and the Big East Championship.

I voted Split.

As much as I want NBC for all, I honestly believe Football = NBC, and Basketball split between = Fox & CBS

I can't see Fox getting involved until I hear more about their plans for a national network. Even then, not sure why they wouldn't just move the rights they have already there.

They would. But that would not preclude them from adding more content. It would be inevitable that they would need more.

I think ESPIN will drop their Sham, and not let the competition put a crack in the Dam and offer up a larger package than before. They want total dominance within the Networks.

Crap. I didn't see that one and voted for NBC.

I think NBC gets football Tier 1 and ESPN gets basketball Tier 1.

Flip them for Tier 2.
