Per Paul Zeise: Chryst plans on recrutiting more in VA and Maryland. Definitely a great plan if you asked me... SPEED, SPEED, SPEED... Gotta hit up North Carolina while we're at it.

As noted in a few other threads on these boards, that has been Penn State's plan and it has obviously worked out quite well for them. I agree, this is a good idea.
