Here's is one for you. My aunt owned the house next to my grandfather. When he passed away he went to sell it and asked 35k. The neighborhood had literally turned into little Mexico. She got a cash offer for 25k. Went to meet the people and they ended up being illegals with anchor babies living in a trailer park that got flooded. They received 25k from FEMA for their flooded trailer.

I couldn't believe it so I went to the FEMA website and sure enough, they don't ask for any info regarding being an actual citizen when giving away hard earned tax payer monies.

Well my uncle who lived next door to my cousin says you're full of ****...so I went to the internets, and sure enough, they don't ask for any proof whatsoever to post any blithering thing you want! Don't believe that, just re-read my post! 03-idea

But a few notes for you. The benefits have to come through a legal citizen (usually the undocumented person has to be living with a legal citizen) and are you sitting down? THIS WAS HAPPENING UNDER PRESIDENT BUSH! 03-wink

As a rule of law, the fetus is not a citizen. Whether its a person is a totally different argument.

So let me see if I have this straight. Undocumented immigrants apply for food stamps and explain to the social worker that they have a "soon to be born U.S. citizen" in their womb and therefore need services?

I seriously doubt that an undocumented immigrant would risk outing themselves for their unborn child.
