4th isnt a big surprise. You've got 4 teams in ASU, FIU, WKU, and UL who were all top 4 last year, and each return key players. Of those, WKU has the weakest QB, and lost its best offensive player at RB.

Any of those 4 could win the league...but someone has to finish 4th as well...
