Decentralized taxes
As a topic that rarely comes up for whatever reason, I'm curious as to what side(s) would be interested in maintaining the current tax rate & system if taxes were 80/20 locale instead of 80/20 federal?

The Scranton story got me thinking about it, and I would lean towards that approach as a moderate.
