Joe should be very happy now with the talent he has to work with. I don't know about Poulter, but the other kids have a lot of talent. And if Poulter turns out to be a good player, that's even better. If Joe can get the kids to play as hard and tough as he did in college. they will be outstanding.

Poulter's a project, but he does have a nice touch and he has the size. And a guy like Joe can work with that.
