And please tell me how many wins does App state have over D1 schools?

NO way does Wake Forest Trump any of those top 6 SBC wins...Maybe Maryland but thats it! Also App states win over #5 Michigan is a better win than anyone in the SBC has ever done as well as CUSA and MAC...Well done. But it does not mean your program is stronger than the top programs in the SBC.

Houston won at #5 Oklahoma State in 2009 and ECU beat Va Tech and WV in 2008 (I forget their ranks). That's just off the top of my head and I didn't even go pre-C-USA because Houston has plenty of big wins from then.

ULM vs. Alabama 2007. Most of it's shot after we took the lead but it does show the blocked FG, punting out of a hostile end zone, and the last 4th and one stop.

Interesting how fans of some schools downgrade someone else's win because so and so wasn't any good that year.

I gotta say, when an AQ school is good enough to go bowling, even though their name was bigger than their team that year, beating them is a good thing.

Beating them on the road is remarkable.

THe Sun Belt has beaten ranked teams, but not on the road.

The ULM win over Alabama ranks #1 for me because it came in Tuscaloosa.

It was very classy at the end of the video all of the Tide fans clapping for the Warhawks when they came off he field. I was at the game and I remember the whole ride to Tuscaloosa, my gf at the time complaining about why are we driving so far to watch us get stomped. I had a four hour smile on my face the whole drive home with my annoying ULM car flags driving her nuts with the noise the make for 4 hours. Glorious!

That brought a smile to my face... haha.

As a fan, I don't think there is anything more fullfilling than traveling with your team and getting the win in hostile territory.

I have had that feeling a few times going up to MT, ASU, WKU. Not so much with ULM (I HATE YOU GUYS!).

I think the most significant Sun Belt win over a BCS team is simply the next one, always.

Almost ever SBC tam has beaten a former AQ school. But usually the come when that team is way down. FAU's victory over Minnesotta is an example.

Thats why I say that Troys win over #17 Missourri is the biggest. A "well" known school that was ranked.

ULM over Alabama is 2nd due to as BoP said, Bama is Bama even in a down year.

I think there is a big difference in opinion's on this thread. The best win is Troy vs a ranked Missouri and there is nothing else that can debate that as far as Sun Belt teams during the conference era. However, the most "cool" win was ULM vs Alabama because anyone who beats them is a good kid in my book. But people let's get past this "best" and "cool" stuff. Someone beating a 5-7 Notre Dame team would be convinced better than beating a 9-3 #25 Memphis team but it's not a better win.

The year you guys beat the ranked Mizzou team, what was their record at the end of the year? I think that the two wins are about equal but the Bama win carries more prestige to football fans in the southeast. I don't think it's more prestigious but the perception exists.
