What was the size of the C-USA bball contract...I think we can anticipate it going down significantly...perhaps even by half...I also think that what is taken away from C-USA will be given to Big East hoops...Again it seems to me the size of the BE hoops contract will determine if there will be a split or not....if the increase is only going to be a million dollars count on a split ...if it is more then maybe we will stay together

Would have to look up the current CUSA basketball contract, but I do know UofL and some of the other departing schools have agreed to play CUSA teams in the coming years to help keep the contract strong (UofL will play a CUSA team once in football and twice in basketball for the coming years).

the new cusa contract was done between Espn and Cstv... the total amount for both is almost exactly what it used to be with only espn. $$$ gets split 1 more way in football and 2 less ways in bb. the new champ game saved cusa on overall contract... paid 1 mil by itself.

CUSA had an combined contract.... the over all total... ended going up a bit mostly because of the added fb champ game...
