This is probably the most sincere evaluation of what the Hokies are facing with potential realignment in the ACC. The school has a lot of value (and even more potential once we overcome that BCS hurdle), but is still lower than FSU and Miami in most eyes. So I don't see them as being proactive as much as reactive, ultimately going where the most to be made is. I see the SEC as the most logical fit, but I fear that we would become a middling school in that conference given its depth. Ideally, staying in the ACC and keeping FSU and Miami in is the ideal situation given our top dog status.
