RE: Ed Miller BB article
Quote:With four NCAA bids since 2005, ODU stacks up well against the teams that will compete in C-USA in 2013. Alabama-Birmingham, which made a Sweet 16 appearance in 2004, has received three bids since then. Texas-El Paso has received three bids since 2004.
ODU will be among the conference's top programs in attendance as well. The Monarchs averaged 7,142 last year, second only to UTEP (7,341) among teams that will be in C-USA in 2013. ODU's regular-season average of 8,054 was dragged down by three games in the postseason CollegeInsider.com tournament that drew just 7,749 total fans.

somewhat off topic, but I wonder what we can expect media wise with this move. meaning will there be more games on TV (and possibly ESPN 3). I know we have the home game streaming thing though ODU's webiste, but that could be a lot better than it is I think.
back on topic - that A. Mosely thing is a big mystery that none of the people in the know seem to want to talk about or even know anything about.

Blaine has oversigned, which isn't too uncommon. Richardson must have been high on Mosley while recruiting Montrezl Harrell. My guess is that some of the guys were already on thin ice or to an extent expendable. It won't be too long before we read that someone didn't maintain his grades or has left for more playing time.
The last guy that Richardson recruited out of Hargrave is probably the most popular Monarch in the Taylor era.
