How is the Moerlein Beerhouse?
So what are the reviews on the Moerlein Beerhouse? Most likely coming back to town this weekend, and thinking about heading there.

I thought it was pretty good. Decent beer and good food reasonably priced.

Be ready to wait a couple hours. I have gone their twice and the wait was 2-3 hours. I'm not sure why they would even give that time frame. We left both times.

They are now taking reservations on opentable. I'd highly suggest making a reservation or be prepared to wait. They have a great beer selection (way more than just their own brews) and their food is really good. One of the best burgers I've ever had (they use prime beef). Good scenery, especially hanging out on the balcony after dinner for a couple beers. All in all I think it's really well done.

I think the place is very well done and even thou the long wait is frustrating I can't complain because its a great sign that the place is doing well and hopefully will be there for many years to come. The patio area overlooking the river is great so grab a beer from their huge selection at the bar and hang out on the patio while waiting for a table. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Been their once. Loved their soft pretzel bread and if you go their the first time I recommend the beer sampler. Definitely a wait if you visit during peak hours and want a table but I had no problem finding a couple of stools at the bar.

Overall, can't wait to go back next time I make it to Cincy.

BearcatDave, I will be there Saturday evening. I have never been to it before either.

The wife and I are coming down from Dayton earlier in the day for the Taste of Cincinnati festival, then are going to meet some old college friends for a night out and about, to include dinner at Moerlein.
