The NCAA tournament field was announced tonight and five Big East teams made the field. UofL did gain a Top 16 seed (#15) but was clearly unhappy to not be in the #8-12 range. While they didn't play the schedule of SEC or PAC-10 teams they do have the best record in the country.

UofL (#15) Regional

Michigan vs UK

Mizzou (#5) Regional
Mizzouri vs Illinois St
DePaul vs UMass

Florida (#5) Regional
Florida vs Florida Gulf Coast
USF vs UCF

Arizona (#13) Regional
Arizona vs North Dakota
Notre Dame vs Hawaii

Arizona St (#3) Regional
Arizona St vs Long Island
Syracuse vs LBSU

2 NBE schools made it as well, Houston and UCF.
