Campbell won their 34th game of the year Sunday at Coastal, marking the most wins ever in a season. Can we win 40 this year?!

OK, there it is. The worst loss of the season.
Hope this isn't the end-of-season slide we saw with football and basketball.

I want to preface this by saying I LOVE this staff and this team, but the slide was in full effect prior to NCCU. The team is 12-12 since the early season win streak and now is just 3-7 in its last 10. Also the last series win was nearly a month ago and this team has lost four of its last five series.
I'll say this team is muuuuuch improved over last year but I would not go as far as to say its even Goffs best team. I think 2009's 27 win team in the Atlantic Sun with a 189 SOS was better. This teams SOS is 206.
After all this I do believe this team CAN win the Big South.

Perhaps the slide was temporary and the NCCU loss woke them up!
Great sweep of Radford this weekend!

Goes to show what I know. Like I said above, this team can win the Big South Tournament. The league is not that strong except at the top so its very possible if things work out the right way.

If CU does well against PC this weekend, I'll be in the mood to go to the tournament in High Point.
More reasons to rationalize going....I've never been to a college baseball conference tournament and I wisely saved money when I didn't go to the hoops tourney in March!
