Who was in the ACC in 92 that he only made 2nd team All-ACC?

Don't know about other schools but FSU had a very good foursome of Bob Sura, Sam Cassell, Charlie Ward and Doug Edwards.

Heels also had Derrick Phelps, George Lynch and Eric Montross (won the 1993 NCAA Championship)
Duke sported Grant Hill, Bobby Hurley and Christian Laettner.
