Thanks to the many on here and those who have come over to our board for the warm welcome. I'm one of the many who are excited about our invite to the Sunbelt and honestly cannot wait to get started. I see a lot of upside to this conference and think its going to be a lot of fun.

As excited as I am for our new conference and getting the chance to play Texas teams for once...I like this board about ten times better. People on here are actually cordial, we strategize and support eachother. All I see on the CUSA board is a Sh** talking fest with everyone trying to see whose d*** is bigger. Its fun to try and demoralize other schools, don't get me wrong, but not constantly. I'll probably miss this board the most out of the whole change. Transitioning boards comfortably will take some time.

True....I'm looking forward to seeing how a 4th and 5th place (last year) SBC team stacks up in CUSA.

I agree with you, Scrappy. One can argue that the MWC and CUSA have lost ground. Unlike the other NQ conferences, the Sun Belt has hung on to most of its members and is on the way up. If we work hard along with the other members we can really build something here.

I was doing some trolling on the WAC board earlier. (Train Wrecks are always fun to watch) and there wasnt a single post by a Texas State fan on the first page. I think they all moved.

Another Texas State fan here...glad to be a member of the SBC and think it's a great fit for us. I'm also very impressed with this board, it seems like a great place to hang out; I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone.
