The real results this weekend have Mother Nature winning. 3 games were rained out last night (MTSU at ULM, USA at ULL, ASU at FAU) One game was delayed 3 hours by rain before starting (UALR at FIU) and one game started on time (WKU vs Troy)

Its rained so much in Boca this week there are legitimate concerns that ASU and FAU may only get 1 game in this weekend.

TROY took game 1 from WKU 13-3.

I admit, I only briefly checked, and when I didnt see a score, I assumed the game was at Lafayette.

Technically I think my collegiate major was journalism. Though I had no interest in making a career out of it.

ASU and FAU rained out again today. No guarantee of getting any games in this weekend unless the weather down there improves significantly.

I love it when Louisiana comes to Mobile. Both fan bases are very passionate about baseball. I seriously can't wait till USA gets competitive in SBC football!

ULM takes the series from MidTenn with 13-0 and 13-7 wins. MT gets a game two win 3-2.

FAU takes the series from ASU with a single game 6-2 win. ASU led 2-1 after 5 innings when a long rain delay took Jacob Lee out of the game, the biullpen struggled after that.

ASU remains 2nd in the league standings thanks to series losses by FIU and MTSU.
