That's one thing about former Trojans. When they finish playing ball, and leave town, most of them you never see or hear of them again. Players who play here don't seem to develop any pride in their school, and when they finish playing here, they seem to forget all about the school. I'd be curious of how many ever donate a dime to UALR after they leave here.

I'd also even be curious of how many of the locals(from Little Rock or even from the state of Arkansas)even buy tickets or come to any of the games. I do see Jake Yancey quite often and Buddy Harding occasionally, and his Dad and Mom more often.

I re-read Gary Parrish's article about JJ about this time each year, and it still is inspiring.
