The teams I will be rooting for on 9/11:
UCONN, Syracuse, WVU, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Penn State, Oklahoma State, Weber State, Nebraska, USF, Wake Forest, Oklahoma,Ohio State, UC, TCU, Florida A&M, Memphis and Louisville.
If all these teams win, it will be a great weekend. As a side note, I will especially enjoy watching Nebraska kick the sh*t out of Southern Miss tomorrow. :D

Alabama (over Mississippi), Army (over UL), Notre Dame (over Michigan), Marshall (over Ohio State), Central Florida (over West Virginia), SMU (over TCU), Southern Miss (over Nebraska), Colorado State (over USC), Texas (over Arkansas).

I'll tell you what could get real ugly...Houston at Oklohoma.

Also, Texas will be out for revenge this year.

mainly the NBE teams...

although it would be fun to watch Western Michigan upset VPI... but I don't think that will happen.

I'll be cheering hard for Penn State to beat Boston College....

Memphis, obviously. But also Texas to beat the tar out of the Razorhogs. Alos, in general, non-BC$ teams as they take on BC$ squads.

The NBE teams. Also Memphis, Ohio State (yes OSU!), and Michigan and Western Michigan.

-- I don't know who to root for here....the battle of traders.....I guess BC screwed us more recently...but the Penn ST loss still hurts...BC won't be that hard to replace....I guess will have to root for Penn St too....at least they were honest when they left eastern football hanging

Ohio State looked HORRIBLE out there. They played decently early, but got fat and lazy. They are definitely a young team. But that HAS to hurt, losing on a 55 yard field goal. OUCH.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like PSU.....

but...

They had waited long enough for an Eastern Football League, and it was blocked at every turn. If we had the opportunity to join the Big Ten, we would have done the same thing. It made every bit of sense for their program. They had given us all endless opportunities and it just never worked. We stood up w/ PSU to try and make the league happen, but it didn't. Things would be much different right now if it did. But I don't blame PSU for their foresight and in joining the Big Tem.
