WBB Transfer from Wisconsin
http://www.niuhuskies.com/sports/w-baskb...12aaa.html

DeKALB, Ill. - The Northern Illinois women's basketball team added Wisconsin-transfer Lacia Gorman to its 2013-14 roster on Tuesday. The 5'6" guard will be a sophomore for the Huskies in the 2013-14 campaign and brings a true point guard mentality to the program.

Yes she will have to sit for a year.

Not that I care, it's WBB (yes, I'm a pig), but Wisky should waive the requirement that she sit for the year for what they did during the hiring process for their assistant VB coaches.

I don't give a 01-scout that it would be seen as an admission of guilt. Everyone familiar with the situation (including the NCAA) KNOWS they are guilty. Compher should make a call and symbolically force Wisky to its knees, "Say WAIVER *****!"

"SAY IT! SAY IT!"

RE: WBB Transfer from Wisconsin
That's the second transfer from Wisconsin to us. Must be another girl KB recruited and I believe Wisky fired their coach this year.

I don't think its up to Wisconsin to let her play, its up to the NCAA. How I understand the NCAA rule is that if a Football, M/W Basketball or baseball (not VB) player transfers from a 4 year D1 school to a 4 year D1 school the athleate sit out for a year...unless there is a special circumstances like that FB player that went from Tenn to MI St without having to sit.

Though I may have not understood it correctly.
