Pretty tough schedule and sitting 22-8 and in first place in CUSA and the CBN Poll haven't given the Pirates a sniff all year long.

CBN does it again. Another week after the Pirates beat UNC-W, blow out Houston in 2 games and Tie the last and coming off a 6 game win streak. Yet NC State and Louisville are the Top 25 and no Pirates for the 8th straight week. Yet App State and Florida Atlantic moved in to the Top 25. So for the 2nd straight week Collegiate Baseball Newspaper "YOU SUCK"

Elon's pretty good though. ODU loss is going to drag our RPI into the basement.

ODU is probably stronger than the record and RPI reflects. Few games where the Pirates can't get the bats going. Both games were pitching duels. This team is 100% undeniably worthy of a Top 25 ranking (even if it fell out the next week). CBN BLOWS.............

Well, I'll eat my crow. Here we go again. Maybe the CBN poll knows something a Pirate fan doesn't. If we could more consistently get the bats going with the great pitching we've had, we would undoubtedly be a force to be reckoned with. As it is, we've played ourselves out of hosting a regional and if we keep going the way we are now, might be lucky to be a 3 seed. Unfrickin believable.
