I have no issues with the cops taking the bills, finger printing them, testing them, making photos and then handing them back to her.

Or, just give her 12K in compensation..

Funny thing is if they can take that money for the apparent smell of pot, they can take money from almost everyone.

If they give BACK money, then they can't pay for their flashy lights and drones.

And if they return seized vehicles they can't have a police Bentley driving around like they do in Sandy Springs, GA.

Funny thing is, they don't even need a reason like smelling drugs to take your money. There are numerous federal agencies that can take your money or other assets just because they want to, even if you are never charged with an offense, and there's nothing you can do about it.
