stAe delivering on "next level" vision already
I guess closing spring practices to to public was to create pent up demand, so the stAte athletic department could announce this:


Tickets to watch the Spring Game on sale now for $5!

any other Sun Belt team have the balls to do that? :)


at least it gets you into the baseball game that afternoon too.

Not sports related, but also a part of stAte's next level vision:


Ground breaking held for sorority row, estimated completion July 2013

The four houses will be along Aggie Road . . The new houses will be southern mansion style with each containing 8,051 square feet.

"We went to the University of Alabama, and that’s where the inspiration came from," Stripling said.

The estimated completion date is in July of 2013, and sorority members are expected to be able to move in the following fall semester.

The Cajuns did consider it, but decided as a "thank you" to the folks who allowed us to average right at 30K per game last year they wouldn't.
