Bob was a goon when it came to growing the department as a whole. Freshest idea for UC football was free ticket coupons at Skyline.

Bottom line is despite the fact that UCAT membership is at an all time high, UC is still in the basement in terms of numbers and amount of giving. Need warm bodies with check books as much as upgraded facilities.

I agree, but don't upgraded facilities rely on warm bodies with check books?
