I don't want Kentucky to win mainly because I hate the fans. I've never seen a more delusional, more arrogant, and more smug group of fans than them. Granted, most of my opinions are formed by visiting Rupp Rafters. So that may not be the most representative sample. I think I check in on RR to make sure all of the crazies are still in one place and haven't wandered away.

But as for Cal, I am very appreciative for what he did here. I know some UM fans strongly feel otherwise, and I won't begrudge them their opinions. Break-ups are always hard whether it is personal or business.

If the d-bag would have closed the deal in 08 I would have no problem with at UK right now. He**, he could win 10 championships at UK and I would not have cared. The fact that he screwed us out of a championship in 08 (by not fouling) hurt bad. To see him go to UK and win that program another championship when he had one in the bag here is going to bother me.

We did try to foul on the inbound pass the ref just didn't call it.

It did not look like we tried to foul from my vantage point.

You didn't look very hard we just didn't try to go for and intentional. I can't remember if it was Rose or Dozier but he reached his hand in and got his hand but didn't try to tackle him and Chalmers made that clutch 3 pointer and we let them get the better of us in OT. They won fair and square.

Do I really need to post the video? Rose was guarding Collins up the court and could have easily fouled him. When Collins almost lost the ball Rose has both his hands up to indicate that he is not trying to foul. People foul at the end of games all the time. They never have both hands up, and it is never called an intentional foul. If it makes you sleep better at night to think we tried to foul that is great, but I do not buy it.

When exactly do you think X told them to foul? No timeout was called after Rose made the free throw. The ball was immediately passed inbounds after the free throw. I really doubt X went into the timeout before the free throws going over scenarios if Rose missed. That is completely opposite of his personality. He would have been telling the team that Rose was going to make them both. The whole "We tried to foul" bit was a fabrication of Coach X after the game.
