RE: favorite non bearcat college basketball players
My favorite non Bearcat college basketball player ever was D Wade. Dude was an absolutely stud. Wade really played the 3 in college.

PG Deron Williams - Illinois (Dude was awesome to watch in college. Made everyone around him better and had a knack for huge shots)
SG- Brett Blizzard- UNCW (My dad graduated from there so I always followed them. He lead them to a first round win over Southern Cal one year and lost a heartbreaker to Maryland the next on an absolutely prayer of a shot by Maryland)
SF- D Wade - Best player I ever watched in college basketball.
PF- Keith Van Horn- Loved Watching him play at Utah
C- D. Blair- Pitt - might be a stretch to call him a center but I loved watching him do work.

Honorable Mention:
Jeff Harris- 6'5 power forward for St Louis...what a worker.
Gordon Hayward- a joy to watch at Butler
Edwardo Najera- Oklahoma
Steph Curry- Davidson
Lavance Fields- Pitt (same team as Blair, little dude just made big plays)
Mike Gansey- WVU

That was a quick list off the top of my head. I am sure I missed many.

I have to admit my main motivation behind this thread was to see your list. I know you're one of the elders around here and wanted to see who floats your boat.

yeah. i was just a kid at the time, understand that kentucky sucks. oh wait, that was the same year as uc's run in the final four. so that was my formative year of college basketball. well is it offensive to also like bobby hurley? i used to love duke and georgetown.
