From The Blade.
He looks like a young version of Larry English.
Go to his NIU bio and he has some Brandon Marshall in him for sure. #allblackpeoplelookalike lol

You know that courthouses are full of attorneys, right?
??? Your point???
Uh, that attorneys sometimes have been known to do unnecessary and outrageous things. I could cite examples.
One ******** DA from Toledo and you are going to paint all attorneys with that? I don't think so.

Disappears? Really! Just Pooooof ! And it's all gone, right! Never existed, right.
Right. How about you volunteer for a felony charge and see if it "disappears."

I think that there is quite a large amount of evidence that people connected with the University of Toledo want the NIU football team embarrassed. First and foremost the Lucas County D.A., a Toledo alum holds a press conference and speaks to the media about the charges. How many D.A.'s have a press conference over a simple assault charge? Next the judge makes several snide comments to Jamaal Bass regarding the matter. The Toledo media have this as constant front page news and the Cleveland Plain Dealer runs an editorial on how NIU is very bad for not kicking Bass off of the team. Also please note that every picture of Bass in the media is with him in an NIU uniform not his mug shot picture when he turned himself in wearing a suit and tie. Mere coincidence? I think the Toledo band and some alums are behind this and Jamaal Bass is being prosecuted because Toledo lost the game to NIU. If Toledo had won the game, this whole incident would have been forgotten. This is a classic case of Toledo alums taking out their frustration on Jamaal Bass and NIU for football losses on the field.
There was never a press conference about this crap.

None of these media outlets have any reports of any kind of press conference that you claimed to have happened. And a couple of these are just AP articles, which have no mention of the D.A. have even a comment on the case. Get your facts straight.

I very much dislike all things from Toledo, it's a terrible town and terrible university. I hope there is hostility anywhere Toledo goes (just fun wishes from a rival).
I think the indictment is absolute ludacris and the Ohio legal system should feel ashamed.
That all being said, I don't think the university or football program has anything to do with it. It's a couple pathetic band families (and I was indeed a band member) that need to get over it and move on.
The Jason Whitlock article was great.

Final comment before I sign off...ENOUGH with the conspiracy theories. Surely the great majority of you aren't THAT ****-stupid. Lets trust the judicial process. Bass is indicted on very serious charge. He'll have his day in court to argue his defense. His ultimate innocence or guilt will have zero point zero correlation with football allegiances.

That's pretty much how it works, yeah. Doesn't stay on the record.
No idea how one would volunteer for a felony charge that doesn't stick, but OK.

It most likely will be on his record for life even if expunged, it might not show up on a basic background check but it will be there.
