Looks like a toilet seat.

"We" were all under the impression the initial rendering was just a quick sketch, with few details that would be kept. Apparently "we" were wrong.

Growing up around Waco, I can tell you that the water is not blue.

The Brazos is brown thanks to mud and dairy farms up stream

it was brown long before the dairy farms and that issue is being remediated
