New video of UALR recruit Devin Simms of Clarksville
The junior scored 23 points and was very, very impressive during Clarksville's 93-73 win over Pulaski Academy last weekend. His quickness negated Hunter Henry's strength advantage.

He wasn't one of the early signees, and we're already over the limit, unless he's going to walk on. Maybe he's a committment for next year. First I've heard of him.
