Conference realignment could continue
Butler is trying to get out of the horizon and into the A-10. We just don't have the market like these other schools have to be a viable option for a move. or the administration

RE: Conference realignment could continue
Butler is a darling right now. I can't imagine that the A10 would say no. So then, Who would be the likely candidates to replace them? It doesn't appear that the Horizon league would pull from the OVC or Sunbelt, so this move wouldn't affect ETSU directly or indirectly. But it does further illustrate the point that conference movement is changing monthly.

They would certainly pull a midwestern team that's basketball only. Honestly, NKU would've been perfect had they moved six years ago.
You don't need a huge market, you need football and wins.
