A lot of guys on ESPN had Florida State in the Elite 8 or Final 4. Then again as you see in my sig, they are always wrong.

Agreed, though there are a lot of Catholics, particularly GCL Catholics who are Xavier bball fans and Notre Dame football fans. It may be a minority, but it's not a small minority.

Agreed on not all Catholics being the same. West side Catholics are way more likely to be UC fans than XU and ND.
I hate both XU and ND. I wish they could both lose on Friday. If I have to pick one I'm going with ND because they are in the Big East and UC beat them.

The UC fans at St. X High School outnumber the XU or ND fans. My sons both loved the day of the Shootout at St. X because it was the day the UC fans would wear their colors and by outnumber the XU fans.

It's funny on one of the Muskie boards someone on there said they'll for sure win against ND because UC beat Notre Dame handily and XU beat UC handily...sorry XU dude it just doesn't work like that.

If XU does beat ND, it will be because ND SUCKS in the ncaa...not because UC beat them earlier in the year.
