Intriguing match-up!! Michigan could be a bit deflated after what OSU did to them in the Big Ten tournament. a tough game but i think it's winnable. i know the team will think it's winnable!

Good luck. Unfortunately I can't talk about the game with the guy at work who's daughter goes to Ohio since I am on vacation this week.

Temple fans already talking about facing Michigan in the next round, I think they need to get ready for their worst nightmare- playing OHIO (assuming Temple can win their first game).

That is what I've been thinking looking at the bracket.

Anybody who thinks Ohio won't compete have forgotten the Georgetown win in 2010 and only losing by a few points to Florida in 2005.

The Bobcats have a decent shot here to bust open the bracket.

Doug Gottlieb on ESPN just picked us to beat Michigan. he still remembers 2010!

actually, he cited the fact that Michigan lives and dies by the 3 and we are #13 in the nation in 3-point FG defense. defense wins championships, and it can certainly win a game or two in the NCAA Tournament. let's do it!

I was thinking that this is a great draw for Ohio. I pick them for 2 rounds.

Triva- Michigan's coach, John Beilein, once coached Reggie Withersppon at Erie County Community College. He later took Canisius College to the NCAA and NIT before moving on.

I got teams right but was just off on the seeds. Should get high ratings in the Midwest for that game. That is great for recruiting win or lose. Playing Michigan in prime time in the NCAA tournament. This is every MAC teams dream to have a shot at Michigan or Ohio State in the NCAA tournament. We likely get Michigan's best game, because this would be worse than losing to Appalachian State for them....losing to Ohio State in the Big Ten tournament was bad for them, but getting bounced by Ohio.....that would be epic fail.

Winnable game. Very winnable.

Best 4/13 draw OU could have gotten. UM is a flawed team. Lot of talent though.

It should also be noted that on the committee's final S-curve, Ohio was #49, at the top of the 13 seeds. It's nice that they release their final 1-68 rankings now.

I wonder if Michigan thinks they are playing the Buckeyes.

It's a 4/13 draw, but yes, a good draw and the SEC fans in Nashville will join the Bobcat fan base in shouting down a Big TWEleveN team if we're in the game. A possible #5 Temple match-up for the Sweet Sixteen also seems as favorable as permitted in today's NCAA.


Also, shout-out to those Akron fans in East Garage after the MAC Championship game Saturday night chanting "One and done"...brilliant! :sarcasm:

Best of luck Bobcats. Michigan is talented, but beatable. I wouldn't mind seeing a Temple / Ohio matchup in the 2nd round. Hopefully Temple would avenge some of the football defeats in that one.

Not even close. Their "storied program" lost to a FCS team when A State beat them. BB at UM takes a distant back seat to anything FB related. Even their loss to Toledo in FB would be considered worse than losing to OU in BB.
