I get that it's only for the postseason, but man, those are rough! I can't imagine the players, who actually have to wear those, liking them. Of course they have to say they're excited about them.

Wow. The marble shorts really are tacky as all hell. Glad they are temporary.

Going with Adidas last go round was absolutely the right choice. Nike's offer was insulting. Hopefully its more competitive this time.

Cincinnati (Grade B-plus): Give Adidas credit for two aspects of Cincinnati's new March look: 1. It's logical. Whereas having the Baylor Bears and Louisville Cardinals don tiger stripes is bizarre, it's a good fit for the Bearcats. 2. The jerseys don't stray far from Cincinnati's traditional black, red and white color scheme. While the black and red road look is still a bit over-the-top, the more understated home whites are actually a great look. "It's a compliment to the growth of our program that Cincinnati gets to take part in this unveiling," coach Mick Cronin said in a statement. "The postseason uniforms are something the players are really going to enjoy."

I like em. Wish the red was the more tradition red, otherwise I think they are cool.

I like grey but I i'll wait until I see it on Thursday. I might like it more if UC wins. Like the red pants and white helmets in football, if you don't win in them everybody hates them. Our throwbacks were cool until you realize they lost the last three games wearing them including the Syracuse and Xavier games. The red basketball jersey's have been doing pretty well.

I'll wait until I see them on TV/in person. At first glance I wasn't a big fan, but after looking at them a few different times, they are growing on me.

I like our current black & red uni's. I feel like a lot of people hate on the "cat scratch" but I like it.

And nothing will ever compare to the Jordan Brand uni's!

I don't see Under Armour or Nike outbidding adidas.

If they'd even get in the same ballpark I'd think they get a look. But for that to happen they'd have to have seriously changed how they view UC since last negotiations. Our football team in 2007 had peeling, screen printed jerseys, barely enough gear to go around. Their offer, as Waddell told me, was "barely fit for a high school program".

Adidas treats us like one of their flagship BCS schools. I prefer Nike, but its no comparison right now.

It's the difference between the prom queen who barely acknowledges your existence and the heavier girl that will do what makes you "happy".
