It makes perfect sense to assign Ohio a 14 seed (or a 15!).

It would be absurd to give Ohio a 15 this time around. In 2010 it was a best of 65 with one additional 16 seed (play-in). With 68 teams they are including 2 play-in 16 seeds and 2 play in at-larges. The line for mid major autobid qualifiers has only moved back by one spot, not very much at all.
