If I'm reading this correctly, this plan includes a redevelopment of the West tower with an elevator and a rooftop cafe. I've posted in the past that I'd like to see that.

The floor plan doesn't include garage space for the Jambulance. Probably just an oversight.

$140 per sq ft without jacuzzis. How did BG get people into UTs decision making process?

Now that they have photos with people in the them, it looks even smaller than I'd imagined. Why am I not seeing the attraction others are seeing? Must be missing something.

I was looking at it today..... and it looks like there is a porch or patio area, and a inside area. before I thought it was all open air.....or am I looking at it wrong???? Also, I didn't know about the elevator or the roof area next to the Blockhouse.

If it's being built next to the stadium, they oughta include a fully furnished apartment above the garage for Ranger.

I thought it was supposed to be all in-doors. Looks to me like there's two buildings. I had thought the darker grey was Larimer but I think it's the indoor part and the gothic looking part is all covered out-door, the timber framed part?

I'd like to see a drawing with dimensions attached. I'd expect clearer out of SSOE. Not sure why they even put this out.

I just viewed it again, and I like the concept. Yes Jeff, there seems to be a plan to have a suite built on top of the tower beside the pavilion. That would be an awesome place to have about 10 or 15 friends to watch a game with. Hope it continues to gain momentum.
