Interesting. I was going to make the same comment but with your name in place of mine.

UC shot 25 threes against Cuse (4 of them coming in the last 35 seconds of the game). Marquette shot 26. Make of that what you will.

And UC was up 9 against Syracuse 5 minutes into the game. They were never up more than 4 in the second half, and were losing from the 9:00 mark in the second half until the end of the game. Where do you get that they had a significant lead most of the game? Between your criticism of the WVU game and now this, I can't tell if you just don't know what you're talking about or if you actually didn't watch the games.

When you lose to the #2 team in the country, a lot of times the conclusion will be that they are good. You can criticize them all you want, but it doesn't make your nonsense correct. It's pretty funny that you think you know how to attack a zone, so Syracuse shouldn't be too difficult.

Ok.. fine. I'm sure you all expected them to be bubble status a few weeks back...
Go back to the posts in the preseason prediction thread and you'll see some have had that expectation since the schedule was released. 03-lmfao

Butters, don't know what you do to find a mellow, happy place. Might be a good time, though.. It does feel like a manic Chatter episode in the offing.

Why would we expect to beat a good team? The only thing I ask of this program is that they stay on the bubble every year and are able to beat the Depauls and Providences. Beating Syracuse is for the Pitt's, Louisvilles, Uconn's and Marquettes of the world.

Really that is your ambition for UC? I want to be back to the top 15 program we were in the 90s and early 2000s

We are tied for 6th in the BE standings. We beat the 3rd and 4th place teams, have yet to play 5 and 6, and still have a good chance to split against 2.

Some of you are whiny lil beetches. 03-yes

... tied for 6th, yes. Good? Meh...
Last 5 minutes of todays game, why do we have to be so conservative with the ball? We took time off the clock and put up BS shots, which resulted in them going on the other end and scoring. Wouldn't it have been nice to have gone up 13-15 pts?
I'm glad we won, but now we need to beat some of the better teams.
USF, Marquette and Louisville, won't be so 1 dimensional.

Hey (no one in particular), can we please kill this thread already? The Providence game has been over since Wednesday.

Thank you!
