RE: Sunbelt's New Commissioner and Expansion
There haven't been too many MAC teams mentioned.

A few years ago they were the talk of the country.

If there are some that would fit in well, I wouldn't object.

RE: Sunbelt's New Commissioner and Expansion
Charlotte is starting football next year and would be a great TV market for us.

I absolutely love the direction this seems to be headed. Talks of going to 24 teams and snatching up some smaller teams with good markets is very exciting. I love the idea of snagging schools like Georgia State or VCU and adding Atlanta or Richmond markets to our conference.

With all that being said, the original reason I wanted to post is bc I want Utah St. I dont even know or care where exactly it's located but I know they have an incredible fan base and I think theyd be a great fit for all sports.

I guess I wouldn't mind Temple football only if we could get a VCU for all other sports.

ODU has started football and I think they averaged more than we did last year.

I really like ODU. I hope they are on the list before MAC schools.

ODU, Charlotte, VCU... some good old rivals, those are... heck, USA would be fine with me... now, Troy, I'm still waffling on - honestly, they would fare OK [/align]in football, but b-ball is quite lacking... of course I just throw them out there to get folks riled up on a Saturday Morn... 04-chairshot
