Don't forget womens cross country won MAC by record amount. They finished 3rd at NCAA Regional and 21st at NCAA Championship. Women's swimmming also has shot to win and women's indoor track is favorite to win MAC Championship next weekend.

I'll be stunned if the UT women are in the Top three in Mac Track but certainly hope that's the case. X-country is the only really dominate team UT's had for awhile. Looks to be a dynasty. Congrats to Ari and Big Mac! she's overcome a lot of adversity in the last year and this is a well deserved honor.

I actually ran into Sue Parks at "Sidetracks" in Ypsilanti yesterday. Great coach and they are the defending champions on women's side. She was talking about how Toledo will be hard to beat because they have such a dominant team. She said that scoring the MAC list the Rockets are the favorite due to distance, jumps, pemtathlon and they also have a top-4 seed in 60m hurdles and another sprinter that can make final in the 60m dash.

If they can handle being the favorite, thy would be first school in MAC history to win without an indoor track.

Would also be the first UT track winner in history I believe. We should definitely dominate in the distance events. I'm not so sure about the jumps in spite of their success so far. Anything under the mile is tenuous in my opinion but I'd love to see it happen.

Probably 10,000 meters but I'm not sure how close she is to the O qualifying time.

Their editorial staff is too busy trying to figure out when the "former MCO" will no longer have to be mentioned in the same sentence as "UTMC" ...

... and then there are the Chinese to contend with....
