Once again, a huge road game for eleven Blazers
As of late, the team has become much more skilled and proficient at controlling the boards on both ends of the court, and they seem to be much more focused on the importance of rebounding and the results thereof. Also, I like the present starting line up of Moore, Soko, Purifoy, Williams, and Taylor, with two outstanding sixth men coming in off of the bench, Swing and Tyler, who have also been very conscientious about rebounding.
Tip off is in twelve hours or so, at FedExForum, and I predict.....the game will start at 7:00 PM. Good luck Blazers.

The Tigers are favored by 11.5 points by Vegas. I do not make bets, but I am tempted to break my rule because I will be very shocked to see a double digit win.
I hope playing at home gives the Tigers the edge needed for victory .

I predicted earlier in the week that this game will be decided by 12 points. That was without consulting the line...

Over the past 2 seasons we have been a pretty decent road team.(we had some bad ones earlier this season, but we seem to have fixed that) I think the game will probably be in single digits.

If, in fact, UAB can get out of the building with a win, it will be by more than three points. Closer to a double digit win, I certainly hope. Rebounding will be a huge factor, tonight, in the outcome of the game.

Yes, impressive.
Synonyms: imposing - effective - striking
In the past several games, the team has developed an uncanny skill of becoming unusually dominant on the boards, on both ends of the court. Moore and Soko are gifted rebounders, to say the least. Purifoy, Williams, Taylor, Swing, and Tyler have stepped forward into the paint, in the past several games, and earned a lot of extra rebounds, too. They have matured, substantially. Controlling the boards throughout the course of a game is a huge commodity that, all too often, determines the outcome. I believe that this has become of one of their primary strengths.
An hour and a half until tip off. Thousands are on their way to FedExForum. Good Luck, eleven Blazers.
