Makes me think I went into the wrong line of work!

I dont know if I would want to be a RBs coach at a major university. To be an OC at a MAC school or lower, you would have to take a huge pay cut. This has to limit your ability to be promoted.

What was Doeren's salary as DC with Wisconsin? I can't imagine he got much of a raise, if at all, coming here.
